The Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services Office of Public Health (MCOPH) conducted an unannounced follow-up retail food inspection on December 23, 2019. As a result of that inspection, and due to the severity of the specific violations the NAME was cited as being, “Out of Compliance” with Pennsylvania’s food safety regulations. During this inspection a total of 3 violations were found.
The inspector made the following comments in support of the violations found during the inspection:
- (Repeat violation) Facility CFSM certificate expired. Employee had obtained a new ServSafe certificate expiring in 2024. Submit reciprocity application to MCOPH, Willow Grove office.
- (Repeat violation) Mice-like droppings observed on floor in front pizza prep, behind prep refrigerator, and under shelf. Clean and sanitize all affected areas and have licensed pest control service. Send pest control report to MCOPH within 10 business days, email provided. Pest control report must state treatment and target pest.
- (2 times repeat violation) Heavy grease accumulation observed on wall and electrical lines next to deep fryers at cook’s line.
