The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture’s Bureau of Food Safety and Laboratory Services conducted an unannounced retail food inspection on 1/26/21. As a result of that inspection, and due to the severity of the specific violations Aladdin’s Eatery was cited as being, “Out of Compliance” with Pennsylvania’s food safety regulations. During this inspection 1 violations was found.
The inspector made the following comments in support of the violations found during the inspection:
- Observed ice machine, a food contact surface, with a large accumulation of black slime residue and not clean to the sight or touch. Unit turned off during inspection and not authorized for use until unit has been cleaned and sanitized.
