The Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services Office of Public Health (MCOPH) conducted an unannounced retail food inspection on 3/3/2020. As a result of that inspection, and due to the severity of the specific violations the Bam Bam Kitchen was cited as being, “Out of Compliance” with Pennsylvania’s food safety regulations. During this inspection a total of 11 violations were found and include one or more violations determined to be food borne illness risk factors.
The inspector made the following comments in support of the violations found during the inspection:
- Expired license posted
- Blocked hand wash sink
- Proper date marking lacking on prepared food items in secondary containers and/or packaging. Some food items stored in cooler with expired dates
- Some spray bottles lacking labels

- Wet wiping cloths not stored in a sanitizing solution

Dish machine not sanitizing at time of inspection. Facility may not use until working properly. Send repair report to inspector
