7-Eleven
The Bucks County Health Department conducted an unannounced retail food inspection on 2/2/21. As a result of that inspection, and due to the severity of the specific violations 7-Eleven was cited as being, “Out of Compliance” with Pennsylvania’s food safety regulations. During this inspection a total of 4 violations were found.
The inspector made the following comments in support of the violations found during the inspection:
Employee did not wash hands between changes of gloves. Wash hands thoroughly between tasks and before putting on new gloves. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. |
*Employee restroom had no paper towels. Hand sinks must be stocked with soap and means of drying hands. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. |
Many cheese snack packages were expired. They were voluntarily discarded. Vacuum-packed package of bacon was broken/exposed to air. Voluntarily discarded. Be sure to inspect food regularly for expiration and signs of spoilage or compromised packaging. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. |
Testing strips for quaternary sanitizer were not opened and were exposed to water. Replace immediately. It was stated that sanitizer solution from the automatic dispenser is tested weekly. It should be tested with every fill. |
