The Bucks County Health Department conducted an unannounced retail food inspection on 2/2/21. As a result of that inspection, and due to the severity of the specific violations Burger King was cited as being, “Out of Compliance” with Pennsylvania’s food safety regulations. During this inspection a total of 2 violations were found.

The inspector made the following comments in support of the violations found during the inspection:

Employee observed blowing into gloves before putting them on. Employee removed gloves, washed, put clean gloves on.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.

Hamburger in hot hold was said to have just come off the grill and measured at 144°F. Others in hot hold were adequately cooked as they still measured 169°F. Employee ran another batch through grill conveyor. All measured between 168-173°F when finished.

Monitor temperatures of hamburgers to ensure grill is properly cooking meat.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.
