During this inspection a total of 6 violations were found.

The inspector made the following comments in support of the violations found during the inspection:

There is no food safety manager certified by this Department (CFSM) on duty as required. A CFSM must be on duty at all times the facility is open and/or food is being prepared.
Will provide online and regular food safety manager course info as well as the Bucks Co. CFSM appliation. Several employees have Food Handler credentials but Food Safety Manager course is required  New Violation.
All employees must wear mask or face shield that covers mouth and nose at all times. Breaks taken without masks should be limited to individuals keeping 6 feet apart if they do not live in the same household.  New Violation.
Front customer case measured 47 ºF ambient temperature. Do not use this case for any TCS foods including cut melon until repaired and able to hold food at or below 41 ºF.
Cut melon relocated to other case.  New Violation.
Time/temperature control for safety (TCS) food must be cold held at or below 41ºF.
Entire deli case except first case near wall is not holding food at or below 41 ºF. Many food items were discarded voluntarily while onsite. Some items were salvaged because they had just come out of walk-in which is operating well.
Thermometers were reading approximately 40 ºF but internal parts of large pieces of meat were measured between 48-50 ºF. Keep a secondary
thermometer in lower part of case for more accurate reading.
Do not use any part of deli case except far end for time/temperature controlled for safety foods except far end. REGULARLY MONITOR TEMPERATURES THERE.
