The Montgomery County Health Department conducted an unannounced retail food inspection on 2/4/21 following a complaint from the public about employees not wearing masks. In the report the inspector stated, “At time of inspection, all employees observed with proper face masks.”
As a result of that inspection, and due to the severity of the specific violations Domino’s Pizza was cited as being, “Out of Compliance” with Pennsylvania’s food safety regulations. During this inspection a total of 3 violations were found.
The inspector made the following comments in support of the violations found during the inspection:

Several prepared pizza toppings in walk-in cooler held longer than 7 days. All foods prepped on site must be discarded after 7 days

Interior of reach-in cooler unclean with food-like buildup. Clean and sanitize.

Hood filters unclean with grease-like and dust-like buildup.
