The Bucks County Department of Health conducted an unannounced retail food inspection on 6/26/2020. As a result of that inspection, and due to the severity of the specific violations Dominick’s Pizza was cited as being, “Out of Compliance” with Pennsylvania’s food safety regulations. During this inspection a total of 3 violations were found.

The inspector made the following comments in support of the violations found during the inspection:

Employee observed preparing Ready To Eat (RTE) food products with bare hands. All RTE foods must be prepared with means to eliminate bare hand contact. Provide gloves, deli paper or utensils to prepare these foods. Employee corrected and put on gloves.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation. To be Corrected By: 06/26/2020
Glass door reach in is not holding proper temperature. All Time/Temperature Control for Safety (TCS) food must be cold held at 41F or below.
Internal temperatures of TCS in this unit were between 46-48F. These items were moved to refrigeration holding proper temperatures. Discontinue using this unit until it can properly hold 41F or below.  New Violation. To be Corrected By: 06/26/2020
Gaskets on pizza prep doors are ripped. Must replace these gaskets to ensure a proper seal and a cleanable surface.  New Violation. To be Corrected By: 06/26/2020
