The Bucks County Department of Health conducted an unannounced retail food inspection on 8/7/2020. As a result of that inspection, and due to the severity of the specific violations Dunkin’ Donuts was cited as being, “Out of Compliance” with Pennsylvania’s food safety regulations. During this inspection a total of 5 violations were found.

The inspector made the following comments in support of the violations found during the inspection:

Breakfast roll-ups were out of date. Discarded.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.  
Thermometer needed for refrigerator near hand sink.
Be sure that thermometers are visible for employees to check.  New Violation.  
Rodent droppings evident in upstairs store room. Notify pest control company. Treat, clean, and sanitize affected area.  New Violation.  
Repair concrete in back doorjamb to prevent pest/vector entry.  New Violation. To be Corrected By: 08/21/2020  

Air dry all wares and equipment before stacking or storing.

Do not use paper towels to dry clean wares.  New Violation.  

Repair leak under hand sink.  New Violation. To be Corrected By: 08/21/2020
