- Interior of Frigidaire freezer is in poor repair – liner is missing and exposed light bulb is hanging.
- Food facility inspection indicates evidence of rodent-like droppings in bar area near beer taps and on counter. Small amount under kitchen hand wash sink.
- The handwash sink located in the men’s restroom does not have hot water.
- Plumbing system not maintained in good repair – observed bucket under men’s restroom hand wash sink due to leak.
