The Chester County Health Department conducted an unannounced retail food inspection on 6/24/2020. As a result of that inspection, and due to the severity of the specific violations Patty’s Place Family Restaurant was cited as being, “Out of Compliance” with Pennsylvania’s food safety regulations. During this inspection a total of 3 violations were found.

According to health department records this is the second consecutive inspection the restaurant did not pass as being, “In Compliance:”

The inspector made the following comments in support of the violations found during the inspection:

  • Observed the interior of ice machine to be soiled. Clean today and maintain every day.
  • Observed the FRP wall near the flat top grill to be in need of a cleaning. Clean today and maintain every day.
  • Observed a Beverage Air and a True Baine Marie refrigerator that cannot be used until the refrigerators are capable of maintaining foods at 41°F or less.
