The Bucks County Department of Health conducted an unannounced retail food inspection on 6/17/2020. As a result of that inspection, and due to the severity of the specific violations the Randevu Restaurant was cited as being, “Out of Compliance” with Pennsylvania’s food safety regulations. During this inspection a total of 3 violations were found.
The inspector made the following comments in support of the violations found during the inspection:
Observed expired milk and sour cream in the walk in cooler. Discard food products that are expired. Some food containers have a mold like growth on the outside of them. Ensure these containers are discarded and staff must clean and sanitize to ensure no mold like growth. New Violation. To be Corrected By: 06/17/2020 |
The meat slicer and can opener blade have dried food debris on them. Ensure to clean, sanitize and maintain these pieces of equipment. Repeat Violation. |
There is ice build up on the pipe in the walk in freezer. Defrost and repair as needed to ensure no ice build up. New Violation. To be Corrected By: 06/22/2020 |
