The Bucks County Department of Health conducted an unannounced retail food inspection on 8/5/2020. As a result of that inspection, and due to the severity of the specific violations Lee’s Hoagie House was cited as being, “Out of Compliance” with Pennsylvania’s food safety regulations. During this inspection a total of 2 violations were found.
The inspector made the following comments in support of the violations found during the inspection:
Sandwich rolls were not covered. Maintain covered at all times. New Violation. |
Rodent droppings present in several locations. Fruit flies present in storage area. Pest control company treats every other Tuesday and was on site yesterday. Notify pest control company immediately, show locations of evidence, and treat accordingly. Clean and sanitize affected areas. New Violation. |
