The Bucks County Department of Health conducted an unannounced retail food inspection on DATE. As a result of that inspection, and due to the severity of the specific violations the McDonald’s Restaurant #4837 was cited as being, “Out of Compliance” with Pennsylvania’s food safety regulations. During this inspection a total of 1 violations was cited.
The inspector made the following comments in support of the violations found during the inspection:
Drain/ fruit flies present, especially in mop sink area. Latest report from pest management company on site is 1/21/20. Manager must immediately submit later reports of visits from Ecolab. Immediately report flies to pest management company and treat. Submit report to this Department by 7/17/20. Repair dripping faucet in mop sink. Submit work order/ receipt to this Department by 7/20/20. When finished mopping, immediately rinse mop in bleach solution and hang to dry. Dump water and turn bucket over. Regularly place a small amount of bleach or disinfectant in mop sink drain to eliminate fly breeding in drain. Do not allow maintenance worker to treat for pests
