The Bucks County Department of Health conducted an unannounced retail food inspection on 8/6/2020. As a result of that inspection, and due to the severity of the specific violations Metro Diner was cited as being, “Out of Compliance” with Pennsylvania’s food safety regulations. During this inspection a total of 5 violations were found.
The inspector made the following comments in support of the violations found during the inspection:
Numerous time/temperature controlled for safety (TCS) food items were out of temperature. TCS foods should be held at 41 °F or lower. Affected food discarded. New Violation. |

Numerous stacks of food storage containers were stacked wet, which promotes bacterial growth. Air dry all clean, sanitized wares before storing. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. |
