The Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services Office of Public Health (MCOPH) conducted an unannounced retail food inspection on January 13, 2020. As a result of that inspection, and due to the severity of the specific violations the McDonald’s in Hatboro was cited as being, “Out of Compliance” with Pennsylvania’s food safety regulations. During this inspection a total of 3 violations were found.
The inspector made the following comments in support of the violations found during the inspection:
- Rear fryer area hand sink obstructed by burger bun carts.
- Rodent like droppings observed on floor in dry storage area. Clean and sanitize area. Have licensed pest control for target pest within the next 10 business days and email work order to MCOPH.
- Drinking straws stored under self-service soda fountain trash chute area.
