The Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services Office of Public Health (MCOPH) conducted an unannounced retail food inspection on January 13, 2020. As a result of that inspection, and due to the severity of the specific violations the Chick-fil-A of King of Prussia Plaza was cited as being, “Out of Compliance” with Pennsylvania’s food safety regulations. During this inspection a total of 6 violations were found.
The inspector made the following comments in support of the violations found during the inspection:

Facility lacking a MCOPH CFSM. Facility has 6 months to obtain an approved CFSM certification or apply for an exemption.

Facility lacking visible accurate thermometers in reach in cooler.

Rodent-like droppings observed throughout facility. Facility has 10 business days to provide proof of next professional pest control treatment to MCOPH

Trash debris under shelves in dry storage room.

Food debris on floor inside walk in freezer.
