The Bucks County Health Department conducted an unannounced retail food inspection on 9/3/2020 following a complaint. As a result of that inspection, and due to the severity of the specific violations Ruby Tuesday was cited as being, “Out of Compliance” with Pennsylvania’s food safety regulations. During this inspection a total of 3 violations were found.
The inspector stated in the report, “A full inspection was not conducted. This investigation was done in response to a complaint. “
The inspector made the following comments in support of the violations found during the inspection:
*Observed employee drink on prep counter while preparing food. Drinks must be stored in a designated area away from food and food contact surfaces. No eating or drinking is permitted in the food prep area. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. |
Observed pasta salad (Ham and Pea) at an unsafe temperature on the salad bar. All prepared food must be cooled to 41 degrees prior to setting out for service. This was removed from the salad bar. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. |
Observed clean and unclean utensils stored in an unclean container. CFSM removed utensils and container and relocated them to the dish pit to be washed. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. |
