The Tasting Room by JPM Catering in Ardmore

The Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services Office of Public Health (MCOPH) conducted an unannounced retail food inspection on November 22, 2019. As a result of that inspection, and due to the severity of the specific violations the NAME was cited as being, “Out of Compliance” with Pennsylvania’s food safety regulations. During this inspection a total of 5 violations were found.

The inspector made the following comments in support of the violations found during the inspection:

  • Hand washing sign lacking at hand sink in kitchen

  • Rodent-like droppings observed in restroom. Facility has 10 business days to provide proof of next professional pest control treatment to MCOPH

  • Light and air space at bottom and middle of front door

  • Boxes of food stored on floor in walk-in freezer

  • Floor cove base peeling away from wall throughout kitchen.

  • Damaged floor tile in walk-in cooler.
