Tsunami Asian Fusion
The Chester County Health Department conducted an unannounced retail food inspection on 2/27/2020. As a result of that inspection, and due to the severity of the specific violations Tsunami Asian Fusion was cited as being, “Out of Compliance” with Pennsylvania’s food safety regulations. During this inspection a total of 4 violations were found.
The inspector made the following comments in support of the violations found during the inspection:
- The Ice Machine-the parts of the ice maker above the bin, a food contact surface, was observed to have a black residue and was not clean to sight and touch. The interior ice maker of this machine must be cleaned and sanitized within 48 hours. It is recommended that a professional do this for you.
- Repair the drain underneath the hand sink in the Sushi Prep Area-it is not draining. Correct immediately.
- Discard all dish washing racks that are now uncleanable and replace with new ones. Correct within 7 days.
- The Igloo Upright Freezer-defrost and clean inside. Correct within 7 days.
