The Bucks County Department of Health conducted an unannounced retail food inspection on 6/4/2020. As a result of that inspection, and due to the severity of the specific violations Dunkin’ Donuts was cited as being, “Out of Compliance” with Pennsylvania’s food safety regulations. During this inspection a total of 2 violations were found.

The inspector made the following comments in support of the violations found during the inspection:

  • Employees were found to not be wearing masks properly. Masks must be worn at all times by employees with the mask fully covering noise and mouth. The retail food facility failed to comply with directives of the Department in response to community emergencies as directed in the April 15, 2020, Order of the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Department of Health Public Health Safety Measures for Businesses Permitted to Maintain In-person Operations
  • Ice machine has a mold-like build up on the inside. Must provide a deep and detailed cleaning and sanitize.
