The Bucks County Department of Health conducted an unannounced retail food inspection on 7/7/2020. As a result of that inspection, and due to the severity of the specific violations the UNO Pizzeria & Grill was cited as being, “Out of Compliance” with Pennsylvania’s food safety regulations. During this inspection a total of 3 violations were found.
The inspector made the following comments in support of the violations found during the inspection:

Sour cream and other dressings proportioned in a prep unit not holding food at a safe temperature. Time/temperature control for safety (TCS) food must be cold held at or below 41ºF.
