The Chester County Health Department conducted a  follow-up retail food inspection on 2/20/2020 after failing an inspection on 2/12/2020 with 12 violations. As a result of that inspection, and due to the severity of the specific violations the White Manor Country Club was cited as being, “Out of Compliance” with Pennsylvania’s food safety regulations. During this inspection a total of 9 violations were found.

The inspector made the following comments in support of the violations found during the inspection:

  • In refrigerators, potentially hazardous foods (PHF) such as steak, fruit juice and coleslaw were found spoiled and/or with expired dating. Discard these foods all other unwholesome foods located throughout the entire food service area. Routinely check foods for wholesomeness, quality and current dating.
  • Clean the following: * all sinks in kitchen a * all tables and steel shelving in kitchen * interior and exterior of all food service equipment along mainline (wall opposite to 3-bay sink)
