Radnor Township conducted an unannounced retail food inspection on 5/6/2020. Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza was cited as being, “Out of Compliance” with Pennsylvania’s food safety regulations. During this inspection a total of 4 violations were found. It should be noted this inspection is considered, “in compliance” by Radnor Township and the violations cited are lower level violations not Food Borne Risk Factor violations.
The inspector made the following comments in support of the violations found during the inspection:
- Hood filters are past due to be professionally cleaned.
- Hand sink near dishwasher, inside cabinets inside pizza fridges and floors in bar area, Non-food contact surfaces not cleaned at a frequency to preclude accumulation of dirt and soil.
- Rodent droppings found in corners of bar area and near dishwashing area. fruit flies found throughout the facility. initiate pest control schedule at least every 2 weeks.
- Paper towel dispenser empty at the handwash sink in the dishwash area.
