Big Head’s Richboro Pub
The Bucks County Department of Health conducted an unannounced retail food inspection on 6/18/2020. As a result of that inspection, and due to the severity of the specific violations the Big Head’s Richboro Pub was cited as being, “Out of Compliance” with Pennsylvania’s food safety regulations. During this inspection a total of 5 violations were found.
The inspector made the following comments in support of the violations found during the inspection:
The mechanical dishwasher in the kitchen does not have any sanitizer being detected. Contact service company to address issue. Ensure sanitizer is at 50ppm for the dishwasher sanitizer. Wash wares at the 3 compartment sink until dishwasher is fixed. New Violation. To be Corrected By: 06/19/2020 |
