As a result of that inspection, and due to the severity of the specific violations Big Woody’s Sports Bar & Restaurant was cited as being, “Out of Compliance” with Pennsylvania’s food safety regulations. During this inspection a total of 2 violations were found.
The inspector made the following comments in support of the violations found during the inspection:
- The dumpsters outside of the facility were overflowing with trash. The garbage company was called right away and the garbage was taken away 1 hour later. Increase the garbage collection frequency to prevent overflow, and keep the containers closed to prevent pests.
- Sewage system was backed up and the cap was off of the system causing the system to overflow into the parking lot. The system was snaked and the clog was fixed. Clean the parking lot with bleach, suck up the water and dispose of in the sewage system via the toilet.
