The Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services Office of Public Health (MCOPH) conducted an unannounced retail food inspection on7/10/2020. As a result of that inspection, and due to the severity of the specific violations Burger King was cited as being, “Out of Compliance” with Pennsylvania’s food safety regulations. During this inspection a total of 4 violations were found and include one or more violations determined to be food borne illness risk factors.
The inspector made the following comments in support of the violations found during the inspection:

Interior top section of drink ice bin unclean.

Insect light observed over food racks. Facility relocated food racks.

Soaking soiled dishes in rinse sink of 3 bay sink.

Slow leak at pipe under wash basin of 3 compartment ware wash sink. Facility has 24 hours to repair. Contact MCOPH when repair is completed. If there is an additional follow up or more needed Facility will have to pay $330.00 each follow up before scheduled follow-up appointment.
