The Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services Office of Public Health (MCOPH) conducted an unannounced retail food inspection on 7/16/2020. As a result of that inspection, and due to the severity of the specific violations the Conshohocken Brewing Company was cited as being, “Out of Compliance” with Pennsylvania’s food safety regulations. During this inspection a total of 6 violations were found and include one or more violations determined to be food borne illness risk factors.
The inspector made the following comments in support of the violations found during the inspection:

Hand sink obstructed at time of inspection.

Facility using cold holding unit to bring pico de gallo to proper temperature. Facility removed to cooler.

Interior of toaster oven unclean.

At start of inspection, the facility had hot water turned off on 3-bay ware washing sink. Facility turned hot water on and leak was observed at tap. Facility has 24 hours to repair. Contact MCOPH when repair is completed. If there is a 2nd follow up or more needed facility will have to pay $330.00 each follow up before they schedule a follow up appointment.
