The Bucks County Health Department conducted an unannounced retail food inspection on 9/1/2020. During this inspection a total of 5 violations were found.
The inspector made the following comments in support of the violations found during the inspection:
Rodent droppings found on floor in rear storage area. Remove droppings and clean and sanitize affected areas. Contact facility’s exterminator for additional monitoring and/or treatment. New Violation. To be Corrected By: 09/01/2020 |

Food worker observed not wearing a hair restraint as required. Employees shall wear hair restraints such as hats, hair coverings or nets, that are effectively designed and worn to keep their hair from contacting exposed food; clean equipment, utensils and linens; and unwrapped single-service and single-use articles. Gasket on the door of the walk-in freezer is torn away from the door. Replace gasket to ensure proper operation. New Violation. |
