The Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services Office of Public Health (MCOPH) conducted an unannounced retail food inspection on 2/21/2020. As a result of that inspection, and due to the severity of the specific violations the Dunkin’ Donuts was cited as being, “Out of Compliance” with Pennsylvania’s food safety regulations. During this inspection a total of 10 violations were found and include one or more violations determined to be food borne illness risk factors.
The inspector made the following comments in support of the violations found during the inspection:

Current food license posted has expired as of 12/30/2019. Obtain and post valid food license.

Egg, sausage, cheese and other time and temperature control safety foods stored in non-working sandwich prep refrigerator with product temperature of 47F-48F. Items transferred to properly working refrigerator directly adjacent to it.

Cans of paint stored on storage shelf with bottled water at non-used prep area and being used as storage.

Right side sandwich prep refrigerator with ambient temperature of 51F during the inspection. All products re-located. Fax or email service order invoice stating that refrigerator is maintaining internal temperature of 41°F.This equipment is not to be used until approval is permitted by Montgomery County Office of Public Health.

Ants like insects at the perimeter of 3-compartment sink. Fax or e-mail pest control service report to Montgomery County Office of Public Health within next 10 business days.

Dust and mold like substance accumulation on fan guards in walk-in refrigerator.

Mold like substance on the condensation line insulation in walk-in refrigerator.

Trash and debris on the floor of walk-in refrigerator.

Defective ceiling lights in storage area with single service utensils.
