The Bucks County Health Department conducted an unannounced retail food inspection on 2/3/21. As a result of that inspection, and due to the severity of the specific violations Einstein Bros. Bagels was cited as being, “Out of Compliance” with Pennsylvania’s food safety regulations. During this inspection a total of 3 violations were found.
The inspector made the following comments in support of the violations found during the inspection:
1. Upper interior surfaces of the ice machine contain a mold-like accumulation. 2. Interior surface of the ice chute on the self-service beverage dispenser contains a black, mold-like substance. |

1. Wall area adjacent (right side) to the bagel ovens contains a heavy accumulation of dust. 2. Drain pipes from, and floor drain below, the ice machine contain an accumulation of slime. Clean affected areas. Sanitize where applicable. New Violation. To be Corrected By: 02/17/2021 |
