As a result of that inspection, and due to the severity of the specific violations Round 1 Entertainment in Exton was cited as being, “Out of Compliance” with Pennsylvania’s food safety regulations. During this inspection a total of 7 violations were found.

The inspector made the following comments in support of the violations found during the inspection:

  • Electricity which powers hood and lights is intermittently interrupted for short periods of time. Have a licensed electrician evaluate the hood’s electrical system and make needed repairs so this issue is resolved completely.
  • Ice cream scoops observed in stagnant, room temperature water. Utensils must be stored in dipper wells with flowing water OR be stored in 135F water. Clean and sanitize scoops and containers. Note: Ice cream chest is equipped with a heated dipper well.
  • Along service line, invert the take out containers as to protect the food contact surfaces from contamination.
  • Clean & sanitize the following:  interior of large ice machine, interior & exterior of fountain soda machines,  ice scoops and caddy of large ice machine, conveyor belt of pizza oven.
  • Clean the floors throughout the food service areas. Ensure there are no areas of standing/pooling water.
  • Post the Chester County Certified Food Manager Certificate in public view.
