The Bucks County Department of Health conducted an unannounced retail food inspection on 6/30/2020. As a result of that inspection, and due to the severity of the specific violations the De La Salle Vocational School Cafeteria was cited as being, “Out of Compliance” with Pennsylvania’s food safety regulations. During this inspection a total of 2 violations were found.

In the report the inspector stated, “Food service to begin, July 6. Discussed modifications to food service , seating, etc., as related to COVID-19. Ice machine cleaned on June 19,2020 but not found to be clean. Notify company, remove ice, and clean before use. “

The inspector made the following comments in support of the violations found during the inspection:

Mouse droppings present in one corner. Bimonthly pest control records present. Inform pest management company of findings and treat.  Repeat Violation.  
Surface of knife rack and inside of fryer cabinet must be cleaned of accumulated food residue. Maintain thereafter.  New Violation
