The Bucks County Health Department conducted an unannounced retail food inspection on 9/3/2020. As a result of that inspection, and due to the severity of the specific violations Final Score Sports Bar & Grill was cited as being, “Out of Compliance” with Pennsylvania’s food safety regulations. During this inspection a total of 7 violations were found.

The inspector made the following comments in support of the violations found during the inspection:

Pub tables are pushed against bar. This was not the case when an evening visit took place. Bartender and owner state that all service occurs by walking around bar.
According to Governor Wolf’s orders, Bucks Co. Dept. of Health guidelines, and PA LCB guidelines, tables cannot be touching bar and bar service is prohibited.
In addition, be sure that all employees are wearing masks over mouth and nose at all times.
Tables were appropriately spaced while on site.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.  
Ice machine needs to be drained and thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Maintain clean to sight and touch.

Wings and egg rolls were measured to be 50-60ºF. Time/temperature control for safety (TCS) food must be cold held at or below 41ºF.*
Food discarded immediately.
Unit must be serviced before using for TCS foods.
Send receipt/ work order to this Department.  New Violation. To be Corrected By: 09/17/2020  
Spoiled cheese was found in reach-in refrigerator. Regularly monitor contents. Food disposed of immediately.
All ready-to-eat (RTE) time/temperature controlled for safety (TCS) food should be date marked if held for more than 24 hours after opening package.  New Violation.  
Two bottles of cleaner were stored on shelf in close proximity to utensils. Removed to dedicated shelf while on site.  New Violation.  
Evidence of roach activity present. Pest control records present for biweekly treatments. Renovation occurring in unit next door.
Pest control company notified and will visit tomorrow.

-Bottom surface of refrigerator is heavily corroded.
Repair or replace by 9/17/20 and send evidence via email.
-Soda line(s) was leaking on to floor. Repair and thoroughly clean and sanitize affected area to prevent pest/ vector harborage.

*The temperature danger zone is food temperatures between 41 and 135 degrees Fahrenheit and the most rapid bacteria growth occurs between 70 and 125 degrees Fahrenheit. The longer food sits in this temperature range, the greater the risk that bacteria will begin to grow on food. These violations are considered, "Food Borne Illness Risk Factor" violations.
