The Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services Office of Public Health (MCOPH) conducted an unannounced retail food inspection on 7/6/2020. As a result of that inspection, and due to the severity of the specific violations the Dunkin’ Donuts was cited as being, “Out of Compliance” with Pennsylvania’s food safety regulations. During this inspection a total of 6 violations were found and include one or more violations determined to be food borne illness risk factors.

The inspector made the following comments in support of the violations found during the inspection:

  • Hand wash sink at front service area lacking water under pressure. Facility has 24 hours to repair. Contact MCOPH when repair is completed. If there is an additional follow up or more needed Facility will have to pay $330.00 each follow up before scheduled follow-up appointment.

  • Bulk dry good stored in secondary container lacking label at back storage area.

  • Spoons stored in still water at coffee areas.

  • Ceiling tiles in dining area stained.
