*Food handlers are not washing their hands when required. Employee who was wearing disposable was observed cracking raw eggs, and then handling take out containers and plates without first removing and discarding gloves and washing his hands. He was instructed to remove and discard the gloves and wash his hands after touching raw eggs, and so he then started changing his gloves after handling the eggs but not washing his hands.
