The Allegheny County Health Department conducted an unannounced retail food inspection on 1/28/21 at Luciano’s Pizza & Six Pack To Go. During this inspection a total of 3 violations were found.
The inspector made the following comments in support of the violations found during the inspection:
- No chlorine test strips for low temperature dishwasher.
- Damaged door gaskets on two door worktop freezer.
- Order of the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Department of Health for Universal Face Coverings, dated July 1, 2020: Several employees without masks at beginning of inspection. Several employees wearing masks below nose during inspection. All employees must wear a mask that covers the mouth and nose at all times while in the
building.
