The Bucks County Department of Health conducted an unannounced retail food inspection on 8/10/2020. As a result of that inspection, and due to the severity of the specific violations at’s Pizza & Bistro Levittown was cited as being, “Out of Compliance” with Pennsylvania’s food safety regulations. During this inspection a total of 3 violations were found.

The inspector made the following comments in support of the violations found during the inspection:

The exterior and bottom of the soda dispenser ice chute contain an accumulation of a black, mold-like substance.
This area must be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to next use.  New Violation. To be Corrected By: 08/10/2020  
Door gaskets on True 2-door prep unit (across from pizza prep area) are torn.
Replace.  New Violation. To be Corrected By: 10/30/2020  

The following areas are unclean with an accumulation of dust:
1. Produce walk-in cooler fan covers.
2. Walk-in cooler fan covers.
3. HVAC vent cover above front counter area.
4. HVAC vent cover and adjacent ceiling tile in the warewashing area.
5. Exterior surfaces of cookline hood units.
Clean thoroughly and maintain to prevent contamination.

The following areas contain a black, mold-like substance:
6. Caulk material above top edge of the 3-compartment sink.
7. Floor drain below the mechanical dishwasher.
Detail clean and sanitize these affected areas.

8. Floor area below, and front wheels of, fryer units contains a build-up of grease.
Clean area and maintain cleanliness.  Repeat Violation.
