NEWTOWN, PA 18940The Bucks County Health Department conducted an unannounced retail food inspection on 1/26/21. As a result of that inspection, and due to the severity of the specific violations Primo Hoagies was cited as being, “Out of Compliance” with Pennsylvania’s food safety regulations. During this inspection a total of 3 violations were found.
The inspector made the following comments in support of the violations found during the inspection:
Meatballs in the hot holding unit were not at safe temperature. Hot food must be held at 135 °F or above. The manager reheated the meatballs to 165 °F. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. |
Dead German cockroaches were observed in the glue board. Notify you certified pest control operator. Glue boards should be date marked. New Violation. To be Corrected By: 01/25/2021 |
The cutting board on the prep top unit is scored. Repair or replace so it can be adequately cleaned. New Violation. |
