The Bucks County Department of Health conducted an expected Change of Ownership* retail food inspection on 7/31/2020. As a result of that inspection, and due to the severity of the specific violation Purple Leaf Cuisine was cited as being, “Out of Compliance” with Pennsylvania’s food safety regulations. During this inspection a total of 3 violations were found.

The inspector made the following comments in support of the violations found during the inspection:

*nterior baffle within the ice machine contains a pink, mold-like substance along the edge.
Empty ice and clean and sanitize interior surfaces.  New Violation. To be Corrected By: 07/31/2020
Rodent droppings were observed on the floor next to the ice machine and at the far right wall of the cook line.
Remove droppings and clean and sanitize affected areas.
Contact facility’s exterminator for additional monitoring and/or treatment.  New Violation. To be Corrected By: 07/31/2020
There is a leak at the drain pipe coming from the sushi handwash sink.
Repair or replace affected plumbing fixtures to ensure proper operation and prevent contamination.  New Violation. To be Corrected By: 08/07/2020
