The inspector made the following comments in support of the violations found during the inspection:

  • Rear Freezer observed at 52 F. Bagged corn discarded during inspection.

LB indicated the store has been closed for some time. 2-Seal large exterior holes in the walls located on East side of building at basement and attic as discussed.
  • The food facility does not maintain a CCHD Certified Food Manager as required. LB’s certificate just expired. Kim will be obtaining her CCHD CFM in the next 2 weeks. Submit the attached paper work to the Department by the end of September 2020
