The Bucks County Department of Health conducted an unannounced retail food inspection on 7/24/2020 As a result of that inspection, and due to the severity of the specific violations the Sycamore Grill was cited as being, “Out of Compliance” with Pennsylvania’s food safety regulations. During this inspection one violation was cited.

The inspector made the following comments in support of the violations found during the inspection:

The retail food facility failed to comply with directives of the Department in response to community emergencies as directed in the July 17, 2020, Order of the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Department of Health Public Health Safety Measures for Businesses Permitted to Maintain In-person Operations – masks or face shields must be worn by all employees. – no bar service or seating is permitted – seated patrons must be 6ft from all other patrons, walkways, and doors – patrons must order food when ordering alcohol – patrons are not allowed to stand around the facility – patrons must be masked upon entering, leaving, and traveling to the restrooms. Regulatory fee of $375.00 will be charged.
