The Bucks County Department of Health conducted an unannounced retail food inspection on 8/24/2020 As a result of that inspection, and due to the severity of the specific violations Thai Chef & Noodle Fusion was cited as being, “Out of Compliance” with Pennsylvania’s food safety regulations. During this inspection a total of 5 violations were found.

The inspector made the following comments in support of the violations found during the inspection:

Raw, animal-derived Time/Temperature Control for Safety (TCS) products (eggs) are being stored directly over ready to eat foods (watermelon, tomatoes, etc).
Raw, animal-derived TCS products must be stored below ready to eat foods.  New Violation. To be Corrected By: 08/24/2020
Interior surfaces of the ice machine contain a black, mold-like accumulation.
Empty ice. Thoroughly clean and sanitize interior surfaces of the ice machine.  New Violation. To be Corrected By: 08/24/2020
Rest screen door does not stay closed to provide adequate protection against pest/vector entry. Top right side of door pulls away from jamb.
Repair/add necessary hardware to allow screen door to remain completely closed and protect against pest/vector access.  New Violation. To be Corrected By: 09/14/2020
Cook-line utensils found stored in container of stsnding water measured at 94°F.
During pauses in food preparation or dispensing, food preparation and dispensing utensils may be stored in a container of water if the water is maintained at a temperature of at least 135°F and the container is cleaned at required frequency.
CFSM removed utensils to warewashing area during inspection.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.
Door gaskets on the left side prep unit (closest to back wall) are torn and contain grime.
Clean affected areas.
Replace gaskets to ensure proper operation and provide surfaces which are smooth, non-absorbent and easily cleanable.  New Violation. To be Corrected By: 12/31/2020
