The Bucks County Department of Health conducted an unannounced retail food inspection on 7/7/2020. As a result of that inspection, and due to the severity of the specific violations the UNO Pizzeria & Grill was cited as being, “Out of Compliance” with Pennsylvania’s food safety regulations. During this inspection a total of 3 violations were found.

The inspector made the following comments in support of the violations found during the inspection:

Wares in the clean area are soiled. Wares must be clean to sight and touch. Monitor items coming out of the ware washing machine. Only empty clean dish racks with clean hands.  New Violation. To be Corrected By: 07/07/2020
Sour cream and other dressings proportioned in a prep unit not holding food at a safe temperature. Time/temperature control for safety (TCS) food must be cold held at or below 41ºF. Monitor the load limit in this unit to ensure foods are at a safe temperature.  New Violation. To be Corrected By: 07/07/2020
Walls and racks have buildup. Detail clean and maintain.  Repeat Violation. To be Corrected By: 07/07/2020
